We don't use cookie-cutter templates, though. With each website we custom design the layout, content, and style to match our client's specific needs. WordPress is simply the "engine" that powers the custom "vehicle" (your site) that we build.

Sure, if you'd like to. We build websites so that you can easily edit the text or pictures in a simple, visual interface editor.

Of course, we're also here if you'd like us to make any edits for you. Most customers prefer letting us handle all edits, actually. But if you or another member of your team will handle updates, we can provide one-on-one training on how to use the editing tools.

First, we will discuss with you via phone or video conference what your needs are for the new website.

Second, we will provide you a quote on the recommended services and their exact price. You will be able to review the quote at your leisure and discuss it with us as well.

Third, once the services and pricing are finalized, we will send you a project contract to sign digitally. The project's deposit is paid at this time too, which is usually 40% of the entire project invoice.

Fourth, depending on the size and complexity of the project, we may send you a questionnaire to fill out. This walks you through any specific stylistic or content requests you may like to have included, and helps us to design a site that matches your tastes.

Fifth, throughout the project we will provide you drafts of the website to review and you will be able request any changes that you would like. Once the entire website completed, you will have another opportunity to request any changes. At that point, the remainder of the project invoice is due and the completed website can go live!

Yes. We have an agency account with one of the world's fastest web hosting providers and can host your website there. When we host a website, we take care of all of the technical aspects so you don't have to worry about technical issues, maintenance, or renewing the hosting.

As the client, you own any web content, logo, or graphics that we design for you.

Nearly all of our customers sign up for our monthly Maintenance Plan. With this plan, we keep your website's software updated, ensure it's secure and safe from being hacked, back the site up regularly, and more.

We're also always available if you'd like to update content or add new content to your website after the initial site launch.
